RP1 Custom Order Form

Complete the form below to begin the process. The RP1 price starts at $375, which includes shipping in the US. If you are outside the US, please contact me before completing the form if you’d like an estimate of the shipping cost. Once the form is submitted, I’ll reach out to you as soon as I can to verify the details and to collect a $100 down payment to finalize the order and to get your putter on the production schedule.
